First things first. Having a reason for anger doesn’t really matter much in most situations. It doesn’t really help anything. Sure it might justify something in our own minds, but it usually is never justified in another’s, especially the person it’s directed to.
This past week I’ve moved from my little 2 bedroom back house in Mid-City, to a much larger house near the grove. I have roommates here, there is plenty of space, and the natural light is very nice. It feels safe, peaceful, and quiet. Which is perfect because what I’m about to experience will require a bit of sanctuary.
Evaluating which ones are working and which are not. Writing things down more. Keeping track. Looking for progress. Like a real adult, or shall I say, an effective one.
People see things very differently. Trying to convince another of how you see things is often not possible or even really meaningful.
